The Arc of Nebraska adopts position statements in accordance with its national affiliation with The Arc of the United States. These position statements address issues related to rights, treatment, services, and programs for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
The Arc utilizes these position statements in formulating advocacy techniques in legislation proposed at the state level and in the goals and mission in the work that we do.
