Nebraska Legislative Session January - April 2026

 

The Arc of Nebraska offers a wide range of programs and services to meet the needs of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We help them and their families by providing programs, information and resources to assist in their journey. We also help by raising awareness through public outreach and media. The issues we focus on include:

  • Medicaid/DHHS Waivers
  • Ending the Waiting List
  • Voting/Civic Engagement
  • Aged and Disabled Waiver Issues
  • Human Rights Issues
  • Special Education Issues
  • Transportation/Rural Access
