  Hi, I am the Social Services Director at Good Samaritan Society Pine View which is located in Valentine, NE. We have a 57 year old resident with cerebral palsy and he is also mentally disabled. When he speaks, he is not well understood. Long story short, he lived here in our facility with his mother and she passed two years ago. The only family he has is his sister-in-law, brother, and nephew who do not have much time to visit. My concern is that his quality of life is not what it should be. He expresses the need to be around those who are his age and on his level mentally. He has no friends and the only people who will give him attention are some of the staff, but we are limited to how much time we can devote to him. I am looking for a placement that will better suit his needs and was wondering if you had any suggestions? Thank you.
