*Checks must be made to Lincoln Community Foundation (LCF) with the designated nonprofit name in the memo line (if you are donating to multiple nonprofits, write one check for the total and include a separate list of nonprofits and amounts to each). Gifts may be dropped off at the Lincoln Community Foundation office on May 28 between 8:00am-5:00pm. Donations may also be mailed and must be postmarked by May 21 and sent to:

Give to Lincoln Day, powered by Lincoln Community Foundation, is a time when Lincoln comes together to support the organizations that enrich our lives and improve our city.

Every donation between May 1 and May 28 makes a bigger impact because participating nonprofits also receive a proportional share of a $650,000 match fund made possible by LCF and generous sponsors, including Presenting Sponsor, West Gate Bank.

 

The Lincoln Community Foundation and the generous sponsors listed on this site are providing a $650,000 challenge match fund for the 2026 event. Online donations made through givetolincoln.com between May 1 and May 28, cash/check donations made via mail or in-person on May 28, donor advised fund grants, and IRA gifts will be used to calculate the proportional distribution of the match funds. The amount of a nonprofit organization's share of the match fund will be based on the percentage of donations the nonprofit receives of the total contributions made on Give to Lincoln Day. For example, if a nonprofit receives 1% of the total contributions from the event, that organization will receive 1% of the match fund.
