Our Annual Senatorial Dinner is a formal banquet that takes place every spring. It is an evening of leadership, advocacy, and impact!

Our 2026 Senatorial Dinner will be held at The Embassy Suites by Hilton in downtown Lincoln, NE on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026.
Dress & Event Planning
Senatorial Dinner is a time to look your best! Many guests wear business formal attire or something formal yet comfortable. We will have a photobooth for guests to capture the fun and celebration of Nebraska disability advocates, so plan to be photo ready.
This is also a time The Arc of Nebraska fundraises contributions to support our mission. If you feel called to give, we will have an electronic giving portal and physical envelopes for guests to participate.
Parking
You will find parking at nearby downtown parking garages. There are two parking garages next to the hotel. (One to the west & one to the east.) The overnight rate is $13.50 & the hourly rate is $1.50/hr.
Dinner Check-In
Your ticket QR code will make for an easy dinner check-in. If you've registered multiple plates for additional guests, your QR or name at check-in will lists a quantity under your name. Please check in your group or pick up your sponsor packet under your organizational name.
Food Allergies or Accommodations
Our banquet plates and seating can be tailored to your needs. Let us know if we can provide additional space for a wheelchair or share if you have a food allergy. Email us at: [email protected]
