Other Ways to Give: Make A Lasting Impact!
Whether you donate monthly or plan a one-time gift, your support makes a difference for Nebraskans.

Payroll Deductions
Did you know you can support your favorite nonprofits right from your paycheck? Payroll deductions make giving simple, automatic, and incredibly impactful. Even better — some employers match donations, multiplying the difference you make.
The Arc of Nebraska partners with Give Nebraska, and several employers already participate in this great program. If your workplace isn’t involved yet, you can find out how to get them started by clicking below. Or, if you prefer, connect us with your employer and we’ll gladly reach out for you.

Other Assets & Estate Planning
“Your legacy can take many forms. Beyond IRA's any assets you choose to leave to The Arc of Nebraska help ensure that your commitment to inclusion and advocacy lives on. As you finalize your estate plans, we hope you’ll keep The Arc of Nebraska in your heart as a place where your impact endures.”

Donate Your Vehicle
Got a car you’re not using anymore? You can donate it to The Arc of Nebraska! Vehicle donations may qualify for a tax deduction and help us continue our work supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the state.
Donor Advised Fund (DAF)
A Donor Advised Fund is a simple and flexible way to support your favorite causes. Think of it as a charitable investment account: your contributions can grow tax‑free, you keep all your giving in one convenient place, and you may receive tax advantages. After setting up a DAF with your financial advisor, you can recommend grants to The Arc of Nebraska whenever you choose.
IRAs and Qualified Charitable Distributions
At age 70½, IRA account holders are required to take RMDs (required minimum distributions), even if they don’t need the income. These withdrawals can increase taxable income and potentially raise Medicare premiums. A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) offers a meaningful alternative: the RMD amount can be transferred directly to The Arc of Nebraska, avoiding income tax entirely. In 2026, individuals can contribute up to $111,000 annually, making this a powerful way to support our mission while reducing tax burden.
